Mr. Damon Smith began practicing law in Florence Alabama in 1998 and has handled a few thousand cases concerning Bankruptcy and Divorce. He is a 1997 Graduate of The Birmingham School of Law where he received a Juris Doctorate in Law. Damon Smith Graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1992 with a Masters in Social Work and from the University of North Alabama in 1990 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work. He worked as a Therapist and Social Worker in various areas before and during Law School. He went to Coffee High School and Graduated in 1986.

D.) Credit reports and credit counseling certificates are provided by third parties and do incur a charge. The Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama will in certain circumstances approve an application to pay the filing fee in installments through the chapter 13 plan.
