About Us

We have a small Law Office in Florence Alabama that consist of two Attorneys and five legal assistants. The Florence office has been open since 1998. The cases we handle consist of Bankruptcy and Family Law.

Mr. Damon Smith began practicing law in Florence Alabama in 1998 and has handled a few thousand cases concerning Bankruptcy and Divorce. He is a 1997 Graduate of The Birmingham School of Law where he recieved a Juris Doctorate in Law.
